The Excellence Academy and its affiliates (collectively, “TEA”) are committed to a policy of educational and workplace equality.  TEA does not exclude, deny benefits to, or otherwise discriminate in any programs or activities to any person on the basis of ethnic group identification/ethnicity, sex, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, veteran or military status, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, marital status, ancestry, disability, in admissions or in hiring, or others as the use of a trained dog guide or service animal and provides equal access to Scouts and other designated youth groups.
